Okla. Stat. tit. 13, § 13-151: Coal - Statement of weight in bill of lading

Whenever any coal is shipped over any common carrier from any

point within the State of Oklahoma to any other point within the

said State, the common carrier transporting such coal shall issue a

bill of lading stating the true weight of the coal so transported.
