Okla. Stat. tit. 13, § 13-176.5: Seizure and forfeiture of certain devices

Any electronic, mechanical or other device used, sent, carried,

manufactured, assembled, possessed or sold in violation of the

Security of Communications Act may be seized and forfeited to the

state.
