Okla. Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-107: Definition: "Seller"

Where this section sits in the code

Except as otherwise provided, "seller" includes an assignee of

the seller's right to payment but use of the term does not in itself

impose on an assignee any obligation of the seller with respect to

events occurring before the assignment.
