Okla. Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-401: Scope

This part applies to consumer credit sales and consumer leases.

In addition, Section 2-310.3 of Part 3 of this article contains

certain limitations upon the terms of extensions of credit under

revolving charge account plans which are subject to either a fixed

or a variable rate and are secured by a consumer's principal

dwelling.
