Okla. Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-803: Agreement required

AGREEMENT REQUIRED.

A person who is not described by Section 2 of this act may not

enter into a litigation funding transaction with a consumer except

under a consumer litigation funding agreement that complies with

this act.
