Okla. Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-5-201: Consumer credit sales and consumer loans

For purposes of the provisions of this part on civil liability

for violation of disclosure provisions (Section 5-203) and on

debtor's right to rescind certain transactions (Section 5-204),

consumer credit sale and consumer loan include the transactions

covered in Sections 2-301 and 3-301.
