Okla. Stat. tit. 15, § 15-141.22: Dissolution or liquidation of association

Any dissolution or liquidation of an association subject to the

provisions of the Service Warranty Act shall be under the

supervision of the Insurance Commissioner, who shall have all powers

granted under the laws of this state with respect to the dissolution

and liquidation of property and casualty insurers.
