Okla. Stat. tit. 15, § 15-765.1: Short title - Construction of violations

Sections 3 through 5 of this act shall constitute a part of the

Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act and shall be known and may be cited

as the "Home Repair Fraud Act".

Any violation of the Home Repair Fraud Act shall constitute an

unlawful business practice and shall be subject to the provisions of

the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act.
