Okla. Stat. tit. 16, § 16-12: Officers' deeds recorded

Deeds executed by any sheriff or other officer, for real estate

sold under execution, order of sale, or pursuant to any order or

decree of court, shall be executed, acknowledged and recorded in the

manner and with like effect as other deeds.
