Okla. Stat. tit. 16, § 16-5: Validation of conveyances

All deeds, mortgages and contracts relating to real estate or

any interest therein executed since the taking effect of Chapter 8,

of the Session Laws of Oklahoma, 1897, executed in accordance with

the provisions of the preceding section are hereby declared to be

legal and valid.
