Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-166.2: Purchase of transcripts - Utilization of Oil and Gas

Revolving Fund.

In addition to other purposes now authorized by law, the

Corporation Commission is authorized to utilize the Oil and Gas

Revolving Fund for the purpose of purchasing transcripts of

proceedings before the Commission, or before any other court, agency

or board.
