Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-180.6: Intrastate transmission of telephone communication or

message.

Any telephone communication or message which is transmitted and

received within the boundaries of the State of Oklahoma shall be an

intrastate transmission, regardless of whether such transmission

crosses state boundaries prior to reaching its receiving point.
