Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-202: Authorization to enter business

Every radio common carrier shall be authorized, without proving

public convenience and necessity, to enter into such business in the

State of Oklahoma to the extent that the authority to do so has been

granted by the Federal Communications Commission.
