Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-314: Annual report of new releases

The Corporation Commission shall prepare an annual compilation

of new reported releases at the end of the fiscal year, make

available to the public and provide that report to the Storage Tank

Advisory Council, the Legislature and to the Governor. The report

shall contain:

1. The number of petroleum release cases activated during the

fiscal year;

2. The number of petroleum release cases closed during the

fiscal year; and

3. The number of petroleum release cases closed since

inception.
