Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-348.5: Authority to promulgate rules

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have the authority to

promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to promptly

and effectively enforce the provisions of Sections 348 through 348.9

of this title.
