Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-47: Partial invalidity

Where this section sits in the code

If it shall be held that any section or part of a section

contained in this act is void by reason of it being repugnant to the

Constitution, the failure of such portion shall not be held to

defeat the remaining portions of this act.
