Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-516: Pre-existing brine, solution gas or brine and solution gas

units - Effect of Act.

Sections 2 through 16 of this act shall not have any effect on

any existing brine, solution gas or brine and solution gas units

which have been created voluntarily or by a judicial decree to the

extent such unit was established as of the date of this act. Any

existing brine or brine and solution gas unit may be expanded using

the provisions of this act.
