Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2002: Purposes for formation

A limited liability company may be formed under this act for the

purpose of carrying on any lawful business, purpose or activity,

whether or not for profit, except that a limited liability company

may not conduct business as a domestic insurer.
