Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2026: Distributions - Time

Except as otherwise provided in this act, a member is entitled

to receive distributions from a limited liability company before the

dissolution and winding up of the limited liability company to the

extent and at the times upon which the members agree or as provided

in the operating agreement.
