Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 18-436: Forfeiture of charter

Any corporation organized under this act, which fails to comply

with all the provisions of this act, shall thereby forfeit its

charter, and the Secretary of State is hereby authorized and

directed to recall the charter of any such corporation.
