LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT OR REPEAL

OF THE UNIFORM LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT OF 2009. A

limited cooperative association governed by the Uniform Limited

Cooperative Association Act of 2009 is subject to any amendment or

repeal of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009.
