Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-116: Duty of county clerk

It shall be the duty of the county clerk of such county to

charge the bank designated as the depository of public monies with

all monies deposited by the treasurer and charge the fiscal agent

with the amount of money transmitted to it by the county treasurer

and credit the county treasurer with such amount transmitted.
