Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1262: Transferees or assignees - Obligations

Any transferee or assignee of any such bonds, from a registered

owner or holder thereof, shall be bound by any payments and

discharges made prior to the registration of his transfer and in

pursuance of the provisions hereof.
