Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1278: Interest rate

Bonds issued as provided in this act shall be made payable and

be issued as provided by law in the Registered Public Obligations

Act of Oklahoma, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed ten

percent (10%), per annum.
