Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-256: Unclaimed warrants

Where this section sits in the code

Whenever any county warrant issued to any person remains in the

office of the county clerk unclaimed for a period of one (1) year

from the date thereof, such warrant shall be returned by him to the

board of county commissioners and canceled.
