Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-336: Warrants uncalled for to be canceled

The board of commissioners is hereby authorized and required at

each regular meeting to cancel and destroy all warrants drawn on any

fund of the county that may have remained uncalled for and on file

for a period of three years and upwards next preceding the regular

meeting at which the cancellation takes place.
