Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-386: Additional levy a distinct fund

Money raised by the county commissioners in pursuance of the

last four sections is specially appropriated and constitutes a fund

distinct from all others, in the hands of the county treasurer until

the obligations assumed are discharged.
