Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-421.3: Obtaining surplus road and bridge building equipment

Circuit Engineering Districts acting through cooperative

agreements on behalf of counties are authorized to obtain surplus

property pursuant to Section 34.1 of Title 80 of the Oklahoma

Statutes and may contract to obtain surplus equipment for road and

bridge building purposes pursuant to Section 339 of Title 19 of the

Oklahoma Statutes.
