Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.43: Partial invalidity

If any section, clause, paragraph or part of this act is for any

reason held invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of

the remaining portion of this act, or of this act as a whole, and it

is hereby declared to be the purpose of the Legislature in enacting

this act to enact the same, notwithstanding the invalidity of any

section, clause, paragraph or part thereof, which is for any reason

held invalid.
