Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.46: Agreements with cities

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to enter

into such agreements as it may deem necessary with any city within

its territorial limits for the administration or enforcement of any

provisions of this act or any building and/or fire code adopted

pursuant to the provisions hereof.
