Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-864.13: Annexed territory

The inspection of electrical work as herein provided on

improvements under actual construction in territory annexed by any

city shall be continued by the county inspector until the completion

of such work, and the regular inspection fees shall be paid to the

county regardless of such annexation.
