Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-869.7: Violations - Penalties

Where this section sits in the code

A violation of this act or any order or regulation adopted under

authority of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be

punishable by fine or by imprisonment or both, as provided by

Section 10 of Title 21.
