Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-898.1: Consolidation with adjacent city or town

A county sewer improvement district lying adjacent to a city or

town may consolidate and become one municipal corporation with such

city or town, with all the powers, obligations and duties of the

adjacent city or town whose name shall be assumed and adopted in the

proceedings herein provided.
