Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-898.4: Assumption of legal bonded indebtedness

The property within the county sewer improvement district

consolidated under the provisions of this act shall assume its full

proportion of all legal bonded indebtedness of the city or town to

which it is consolidated, and the city or town to which it is

consolidated shall assume all legal bonded indebtedness of the

county sewer improvement district so consolidated.
