Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.36: Annual financial statement

It shall be the duty of the board of the district on or before

the third Monday of July in each year to produce or cause to be

produced and forwarded to the State Auditor and Inspector a

financial statement of the district for the preceding year ending

June 30th.
