Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-943: County parking fund

The fines so collected shall be paid monthly by the collecting

court to the county clerk, who shall deposit the same in a fund in

the county treasury to be known as the "County Parking Fund", which

fund may be expended by said board of commissioners as authorized by

said resolution.
