Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 2-17-22: Quo warranto proceedings

The right of an association claiming to be organized and

incorporated and carrying on its business pursuant to the

Cooperative Marketing Association Act to do and to continue its

business, may be inquired into by quo warranto.
