Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 2-17-8: Filing of Articles of Incorporation or amendments - Fees

The Articles of Incorporation shall be filed in triplicate with

the Secretary of State. For filing the Articles of Incorporation,

an association shall pay to the Secretary of State a fee of Twenty-

five Dollars ($25.00), and for filing an amendment to the Articles,

a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00).
