Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 2-5-63.8: Exemptions for producers

The original referendum may provide exemptions for producers

from payment of the state assessment if the exemptions are included

in full written form on the election ballot and the referendum is

adopted as outlined in Section 11 of this act.
