Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-317: Violations

Where this section sits in the code

A. Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of

this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. Any violations of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code

shall be under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Wildlife

Conservation Commission.
