Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.10: Establishing status of certain court reporters

Full-time official court reporters employed by the district

court on the effective day of this act, who were so employed by the

district court on January 1, 1969, are hereby granted the status of

certified shorthand reporters in the State of Oklahoma.
