Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1104H: Uniform Retirement System for Justices - Increase in

benefits.

Any person receiving benefits from the Uniform Retirement System

for Justices and Judges as of June 30, 2003, who continues to

receive benefits on or after July 1, 2004, shall receive a four-

percent increase in said benefits beginning in July 2004.
