Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-3002: Designation of parties to appeals - Position in caption

The designation of parties in the caption of any cause appealed

to the Supreme Court or the Court of Criminal Appeals shall

correspond with the sequence in which the designation of the parties

appeared in the trial court case.
