Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-643: Jurisdiction assumed

Where this section sits in the code

The court to which any action or proceeding has been transferred

under the provisions of this act shall take jurisdiction thereof and

shall proceed therein in all respects as if such action or

proceeding had been originally commenced in said court.
