Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-91.5: Transfer of records of abolished courts - Liens

The records of courts that are abolished by Article VII of the

Constitution of Oklahoma shall be transferred to the clerk of the

district court on January 13, 1969. Any judgment that was not on

said date a lien on real estate, shall not become a lien on real

estate as a result of said transfer, provided, however, that within

one (1) year after the date of said transfer, upon the payment to

the clerk of the district court of the fee for docketing a judgment

and any unpaid fees in the action, such a judgment may be docketed

in the district court judgment docket and become a lien upon the

real estate of the debtor to the same extent as a judgment of the

district court.
