Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-91.8: Local rules and administrative orders

Where this section sits in the code

Local rules and administrative orders of a district court shall

not conflict with any statutes of this state or any rules of a

superior court. Local rules shall be in writing and published on

the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network to be valid and enforceable.
