Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1089: Fines for violations relating to prostitution -

Percentage forwarded to city - county health department.

In counties having a population of greater than four hundred

thousand (400,000), One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of each fine

collected for violation of Sections 1028, 1029, 1030, and 1081 of

Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be forwarded by the court

clerk to the city-county health department serving the county.
