Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1266.10: Partial invalidity

If any section or any part whatever of this act, or the

application thereof to any person or circumstances, should be held

for any reason to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect or

invalidate any portion of the remainder of this act, and it is

hereby declared that such remaining portions would have been enacted

in any event.
