Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1268.3: Conspiracy - Penalty

A. Conspiracy to commit terrorism is a Class A3 felony offense.

B. A person convicted of conspiracy to commit terrorism shall

be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term not

exceeding life.
