Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1321.6: General penalty

Where this section sits in the code

Except wherein specific penalties are prescribed in this act,

whoever violates any provision of this act or any provision of a

proclamation issued pursuant to this act shall be deemed guilty of a

misdemeanor.
